I was so excited to get professional pictures taken of our house when we listed it. I know a little bit about photography and have a decent camera, but I'm not even close to being a professional. I couldn't wait to see my home through a professional lens. I was a little surprised they wanted all the lights on and they didn't crop things to make them magazine pretty. The photographer said interior design shots are completely different from real estate photos. So, my Better Homes & Gardens worthy spread didn't happen, but they are still nice pictures. I got great feedback from potential buyers and sold our house quickly so I'm not complaining!
Don't look at the burned out light!
I told you I didn't think they would want the lights on!
Can you believe this house is just under 2300 square feet? I really think it's a great layout because it feels so much bigger than it really is. I really love this house and hope the new owners enjoy it!
NO, I literally cannot believe it is 2300 square feet. It looks so gorgeous, and the photographer did an awesome job. I bet it showed even better! I hope you're not too sad leaving. i know it's for bigger and better, but it will still be hard to leave I'm sure after all the hard work you've done!

ReplyDeleteYour home is very lovely. I love the cleqn lines.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a bit surprised it already sold! And yeah, it looks bigger than 2300 sf. I see all the work you did, it's kind of sad, I guess but at the same time the new home that's awaiting you makes it not so hard to leave!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! Love that paint color on wall next to stairs. Can you share paint name? Thanks!
